FaithStock.art respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Safe Harbor: As an online service provider under 17 U.S.C. § 512, FaithStock.art qualifies for safe harbor protection. We do not monitor or pre-screen user-submitted content but will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

Repeat Infringer Policy

FaithStock.art maintains a policy for termination of users who are repeat infringers of copyright:

First Offense: Content removed, formal warning issued to contributor
Second Offense: Content removed, 30-day account suspension, earnings held pending review
Third Offense: Permanent account termination, forfeiture of all unpaid earnings

We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for egregious violations, regardless of prior offenses.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and phone number
Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district (or San Francisco, CA if outside the US)
A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Send counter-notifications to dmca@faithstock.art. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action.
