Refund Policy

Digital Goods Policy: Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once content has been downloaded. We cannot accept returns of digital files. Please review content carefully before purchasing.

General Policy

FaithStock.art sells digital products (images, videos, audio) that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital content can be downloaded and used instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a download has occurred.

We understand that issues can arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with fairness and understanding.

Eligible for Refund

We may issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: The downloaded file is corrupted, won't open, or is significantly different from the preview (wrong resolution, missing audio, etc.).
  • Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally purchased the same content twice. We'll refund the duplicate purchase.
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly, charged multiple times for a single transaction, or charged after canceling a subscription.
  • Content Removed: Content you purchased was removed due to copyright issues and you can no longer use it legally.
  • Subscription Issues: You were charged for a subscription renewal after requesting cancellation (and can demonstrate the cancellation request).

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the content after downloading.
  • Wrong License: You purchased the wrong license type. Contact us to discuss an upgrade instead.
  • Unused Credits: Credit packs are non-refundable. Credits never expire and can be used at any time.
  • Subscription Mid-Cycle: Partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are not available. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
  • Downloaded Content: Once content has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" as you retain the digital file.
  • Account Termination: If your account is terminated for policy violations, no refunds will be issued for remaining credits or subscription time.

Credit Pack Policy

  • Non-refundable: Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.
  • Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
  • Account Closure: Unused credits are forfeited if you close your account.

Subscription Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Access Until Period End: After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
  • Renewal Refunds: If charged after requesting cancellation, contact us within 7 days for a full refund of that charge.
  • Bonus Credits: Bonus credits from subscriptions are forfeited upon subscription cancellation or expiration.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Your account email address
  2. Transaction date and amount
  3. Order or transaction ID (from your receipt email)
  4. Reason for refund request
  5. Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Please include "Refund Request" in your subject line. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

Payment Disputes

Important: Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Chargebacks for legitimate purchases may result in account suspension and additional fees.
