By accessing or using FaithStock.art ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Marketplace Status: FaithStockArt operates as a neutral marketplace connecting content contributors with buyers. We provide infrastructure for licensing independently owned creative works.
No Endorsement: FaithStockArt does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the theological accuracy, denominational alignment, or religious authenticity of any content. Content may represent various faith traditions, interpretations, and viewpoints.
Third-Party Content: All media on this platform is uploaded by independent contributors. We do not create, own, or verify ownership of contributor content.
Church & Ministry Content: Some content may depict church services, religious ceremonies, or ministry activities. Such content does not imply endorsement by any church, denomination, or religious organization.
Registration: You must create an account to purchase and download content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Credits: Content can be purchased using credits. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase applies.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues or duplicate purchases. See our full Refund Policy for details.
License Types: We offer Editorial, Standard, Enhanced, and Extended licenses. Each license grants specific usage rights as detailed on our License Agreement page.
License Grant: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the content according to the selected license type.
License Restrictions: You may NOT:
Compliance: You agree to use content only within the scope of your purchased license. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and liability for damages.
Content Submission: Contributors grant FaithStock.art a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute their content through the marketplace.
Revenue Share: Contributors receive 50% of net revenue from content sales, paid monthly when earnings exceed $50.
Ownership Attestation: By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
AI-Generated Content: Content that is entirely AI-generated is not permitted. Content that uses AI tools for enhancement, editing, or partial generation must be disclosed during upload. Failure to disclose AI involvement may result in content removal and account termination.
Contributor Indemnification: Contributors agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FaithStock.art, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
Record Keeping: Contributors must maintain records of all releases and permissions for a minimum of five (5) years and provide them to FaithStock.art upon request.
Content Removal: FaithStock.art reserves the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: policy violations, DMCA claims, legal concerns, or quality standards.
Copyright: All content on FaithStock.art is protected by copyright law. Contributors retain copyright to their work.
Trademarks: FaithStock.art and its logo are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
DMCA: We respect intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement, contact us at legal@faithstock.art with details of the alleged infringement.
Usage Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor how licensed content is used.
Enforcement: License violations may result in:
Audit Rights: We reserve the right to audit usage of content by commercial users.
You may not use the Service to:
As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that content is error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of contributor content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithStock.art shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithStock.art from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
By You: You may close your account at any time. Credits are forfeited upon account closure.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion.
Effect: Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Previously purchased licenses remain valid unless revoked for violation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
